A Leap of Faith That Changed Everything
When Kristie first walked through the doors at CrossFit Reincarnation, she didn’t know what to expect—but something inside her said, “This is where I need to be.”
She hadn’t researched us. She didn’t know our methods, our coaches, or our community. She literally just took a leap of faith. And over time, she’s told us again and again that taking that leap saved her life. Kristie was headed down a sedentary path, feeling weaker and more limited by the year. But everything changed when she stepped through the doors of CrossFit Reincarnation.
Strong in the Gym, Strong in Life
Since joining, we’ve seen Kristie grow stronger, more confident, and more capable—both inside the gym and out. She tells us with pride about the things she’s now able to do on her own: building a shed, replacing a toilet, remodeling her garage. These aren’t just household tasks—they’re markers of independence and vitality. This past year, she’s worked through small injuries with patience and resilience, and now, she says everything is finally clicking.
The Kind of Member Who Inspires Us All
Kristie is the kind of person who reminds us what it means to age with strength and purpose. She’s always encouraging to fellow members and coaches alike, and her consistent presence and uplifting spirit are contagious. Watching her progress has been such a joy—for her coaches and her community.
Her story is a reminder that sometimes, the best things happen when you take a chance on yourself. Kristie took that chance—and we’re so grateful she did.
Muscle Mass: The Key to Aging Well
She also represents something much larger: the critical importance of building and maintaining muscle mass as we age. As we get older, we naturally lose muscle—a condition called sarcopenia—which contributes to reduced mobility, increased fall risk, and a decline in overall health. Strength training, like what Kristie does in the gym, helps reverse that trend. It protects our bones, supports metabolic health, and gives us the ability to keep living life on our terms. In Kristie’s case, it means she can build, fix, move, and live with independence.
She Belongs Here
We’re proud to have Kristie as part of the CrossFit Reincarnation family. She belongs here—and we can’t wait to see what she does next.
