At CrossFit Reincarnation, we know the word “nutrition” can bring up a lot of feelings—guilt, confusion, frustration, even shame. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Our approach to nutrition is simple, gentle, and effective. We’re not here to give you another strict diet or set of rules you can’t stick to. We’re here to help you build habits that support your health and fit your life.

What Makes Us Different?

Our coaches—Cori, a Certified Nutrition Coach through NutritionRX, and Alex, certified through CrossFit Nutrition—take a more personalized and empowering approach to nutrition. We don’t believe in:

🚫 Diets
🚫 Calorie counting
🚫 Weighing food
🚫 Labeling foods as “good” or “bad”

Instead, we focus on what you can add to your routine—not what you have to take away.

Foundations for Healthy Nutrition

From NutritionRX, here’s what we teach, support, and practice with our clients:

  1. Eat mostly minimally processed, whole foods. Choose options that fuel your body and make you feel your best—fruits, veggies, lean proteins, healthy fats, and whole grains.
  2. Plan ahead. Create an eating rhythm that works for your schedule so you’re not stuck grabbing whatever’s easiest when you’re starving or stressed.
  3. Hydrate well. Make water your main beverage and keep sugary drinks and alcohol as the occasional treat.
  4. Build supportive environments. Make the healthy choice the easy choice—set up your kitchen, workspace, and schedule to support your goals.
  5. Don’t eat your feelings. Emotional eating is common—we’ll help you develop new tools to cope with stress, sadness, and boredom.
  6. Eat slowly and mindfully. Pay attention to your hunger and fullness cues. Aim to feel satisfied, not stuffed.
  7. Stay curious, kind, and honest. Your mindset matters. We’re here to help you get a little bit better at a time—with zero guilt and no inner bullies allowed.
