This past weekend, our CrossFit Reincarnation community had the honor of participating in the Zero Suicides Elko County 5K Walk/Run, an event dedicated to bringing awareness to suicide prevention and support to those who need it most.
We had 16 incredible members show up to walk, support, and stand united for such an important cause. We were also given the privilege of hosting a vendor booth, where we shared the personal stories of clients who have found strength, healing, and hope through fitness and the supportive community we’ve built at CFR.

These stories are a powerful reminder that exercise and connection matter. Movement doesn’t just strengthen the body—it uplifts the mind, builds resilience, and helps people find purpose, routine, and belonging.
To Zero Suicides Elko County—thank you for allowing us to be part of this event. Your work is saving lives, and we’re proud to stand beside you.
To those who are struggling:
You are not alone. You matter.
If you’re looking for support, we’re here to help—whether it’s through a workout, a conversation, or simply being part of a positive, uplifting space.
📞 If you or someone you love is in crisis, please call or text 988. Help is always available.
