Introducing the CFR 4‑Week Pull‑Up Clinic
This specialty clinic is designed to help you build real upper‑body pulling strength, learn proper pull‑up mechanics, feel confident and controlled on the rig, and understand how to progress.
No guesswork. No random drills. Just a clear, coached plan.
Who This Clinic Is For
This clinic is a great fit if you want your first strict pull-up, want to add more strict reps, use bands but aren’t sure how to progress, feel unsure or nervous about kipping, or want to learn pull-ups the right way safely and efficiently.
All levels are welcome. You’ll be coached based on where you’re starting.
What We’ll Work On Over 4 Weeks
Each Saturday session builds on the last, with structured progressions that include strict pull-up strength, ring rows and banded progressions, hollow and superman body positions, shoulder and scapular strength, eccentric (lowering) control, beat swings and kipping mechanics introduced safely, and guidance on how to continue improving after the clinic ends.
You’ll also receive simple at‑home homework (5–10 minutes) to reinforce what you learn in class.
What’s Included
You’ll get four coached Saturday sessions, step‑by‑step weekly progressions, at‑home homework cards, baseline and final testing so you can see measurable progress, pull‑up progression resources, and a supportive small‑group coaching environment.
