Over the past four weeks, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside an incredible group of women in our Pull‑Up Clinic, and we couldn’t be more proud of the effort, dedication, and growth they’ve shown throughout this journey.
Pull-ups are one of the most challenging skills to develop in the gym. They require patience, consistency, and a willingness to show up and do the hard work even when progress feels slow. Each of these ladies committed to putting in that extra effort, not just during our Saturday sessions, but also through their at-home homework and strength work throughout the week.
We watched them build stronger foundations, improve their positions, develop better control on the bar, and gain confidence in movements that may have once felt intimidating or out of reach. It was holding tighter hollow positions, completing stronger ring rows, mastering eccentrics, and taking steps toward their first strict and kipping pull-ups. Every bit of progress was earned through commitment and perseverance.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to coach Kelly, Amy, Vanita, and Tayla over these past four weeks. It’s been an honor to be part of your journey and to watch you grow stronger and more confident on the rig.
Your hard work doesn’t end here. The strength and skills you’ve built will continue to carry over into your workouts for months to come.
Congratulations on completing the CFR Pull‑Up Clinic. We’re proud of you and excited to see what you accomplish next!
