Back into Routine

Members working out on rowers with coach

The holidays are officially behind us.

If you’re feeling a little off-routine, a little sluggish, or just unsure where to start again, you’re not alone. This time of year isn’t about fixing anything or “making up” for the past few weeks. It’s simply about getting back into rhythms that help you feel better.

That’s what we’re here for.

At CrossFit Reincarnation, we don’t believe in all-or-nothing resets or drastic changes. We believe in simple habits, done consistently, that support your body and your mind.

Here are a few easy ways to get started this week:

1. Start Your Day With Water

Before coffee. Before breakfast.
Drink a full glass of water when you wake up.

It helps with energy, digestion, and focus, and it’s one of the easiest wins you can get all day.

2. Add Protein to One Meal

You don’t need to change every meal.
Just pick one.

Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, add a solid protein source:

  • Eggs
  • Greek yogurt
  • Chicken
  • Cottage cheese
  • Protein shake

Protein helps with energy, mood, and staying full. One meal is enough to start.

3. Move Your Body (Even a Little)

If coming to the gym feels like a lot, that’s okay, just show up when you can.

Movement doesn’t have to be perfect:

  • Come to the gym once
  • Go for a 10–15 minute walk
  • Stretch for 5 minutes before bed

Momentum comes from action, not motivation.

Here’s A Simple, Easy Meal Idea

High-Protein Taco Bowl

  • Ground turkey or beef
  • Rice or cauliflower rice
  • Black beans
  • Salsa
  • Avocado (optional)

Make a big batch once and eat it for a couple days. Simple. Filling. Done.

Remember This

You don’t need to be more disciplined.
You don’t need to start over.
You just need support and a plan that fits you.

We’re here to help with:

  • Movement that meets you where you are
  • Nutrition that’s realistic and sustainable
  • Mindset that’s kind, not critical

If you need guidance, accountability, or just someone to help you figure out your next step, reach out. That’s literally our job, and what we love doing.

Let’s ease back into routine, together.
